Summary: The hotel staff misplaced one of our bags that we only realised after we had departed . We were then asked to pay over £100 to return the bag to England , despite it being the hotels mistake . When questioning this I was initially offered a 30% discount on postage & only when refusing to pay this amount did the hotel agree to cover the cost . the bag finally arrived in England over 6 weeks later but an item was missing . The hotel will take no responsibility for this . Extremely disappointing service which ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion.
